Wise Owl Primer is an incredibly adhesive, stain blocking primer. It is water based so it washes out of brushes easily and contains low VOCs that dissipate quickly! Self levels to a nice smooth finish and provides the perfect prep surface for your paint projects. This is a must under One Hour Enamel, on metal, slick surfaces, or any woods that may bleed tannins.
